Great customer service
I became aware by a knock on the door from Rob who explained everything and left it with me to think over
Originally had solar panels and then had a battery installed
Staff have been efficient and so friendly
Rob did a follow up after panels were installed to ensure everything was working as expected and I was happy
Emily and Lisa have great customer service, always friendly and supportive
Aimen did the follow up of the battery install
I would recommend Standout Solar 100%as I cannot fault any part of the service I have received.

We installed solar panels about 12 months ago and recently added a battery.  On both occasions Standout Solar were knowledgeable and took time to explain things in detail, answering all our questions.  The installation teams were prompt and efficient. The sales process with Standout Solar was very good. We had a lot of questions along the way, and they were helpful throughout.

However, on the day of installation, the installer identified issues with our roof, which meant only half the system could be installed at that time. This came as a shock to both us and the solar company.

What really stood out was the way the owner handled the situation. She personally called me and put me in touch with a carpenter who could assist with the roof repairs. The carpenter was excellent — friendly, professional, and very fair with his pricing. He quoted us on a per-day basis and ended up fixing the entire roof in a single day, at a fraction of the cost I had been quoted by other roofing companies.

Overall, though, the experience was great. The extra effort taken by the owner to help us resolve the roof issue far outweighed any negatives we experienced.

Lisa and her team of staff and installers were absolutely brilliant. As an electrical engineer myself I was particularly impressed with Lisa's  excellent advice prior to the installation of my new battery and upgraded solar system. He did he not hard sell which was a nice contrast to other companies i had experienced. The office staff were professional and supportive, and the installation team was reliable, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.

The whole experience was seamless and simple. The team went above and beyond, offering extra guidance on choosing the right energy provider and making sure I felt confident with every step. I’m extremely happy with my solar panels and my battery system everything is working perfectly & appreciated Kyla coming out for the post installation visit and helping me understand my apps, data and usage.
